Bio

Amy took her first ceramics course in high school and fell in love.  She went on to receive her BFA in Ceramic Sculpture from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.  After an extended research, exploring, and family hiatus, she found her way back into the studio. She was an active member of the Boulder Potters’ Guild and Boulder’s Open Studio Tour. She was regularly popping up at art markets and teaching ceramics from her studio. Recently, Amy moved back to the east coast with her family where she is currently working at her home studio in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
